Giving your audience that sense of understanding and belonging, like they’re involved with some kind of inside joke. Of course it’s not actually an intern running your socials, and most likely, this content piece had to be approved by the director or at least a manager.
How does a faceless cooperation connect with their audience? By using a certain intern-type personality to be the host of your social media channels of course! (This works specifically well for Tik Tok).
