Why are humans more inclined to do something or enjoy something more, when given some sort of reward? I can’t answer why but I know it’s true because I’m the same.
You know when you order a coffee and some places give you a little biscuit on top? Those cafes have my heart.
Anyway, the point of this is to just tell you that if you’re trying to sell something, whether its a product or a service, you need to provide something of value to them beforehand so they can trust you.
Dulux offered Jelly Beans as part of a promotion and managed to turn something that is pretty friggin boring, painting a room, into an exciting, fun task because we were all given jelly beans for it!
