Having managed Melbourne’s best Asian fusion restaurant, Rice Paper Scissors’ account from day one, when the restaurant branched off to create a sister venue and gave us the account we were thrilled.
It was designed that way in pursuit of a more “mature” aesthetic says owner Shane Stafford, who is comparing the new spot to its sibling restaurants, one of which is in Fitzroy, the other on Liverpool Street in the CBD. The same goes for the menu; this one has a more “refined and modern” interpretation of Asian food.
We have developed a strategy consisting of blogger outreach, paid social campaigns, organic social campaigns, venue launch events & PR, yielding a strong and steadily rising increase in popularity coming into summer.
The objectives for Rice Paper Sister included increasing attendance to the venue, generating a strong online presence and increasing bookings and function enquires – all which we have exceeded.
