Earlier this year we had the pleasure of working with QV Melbourne, a premier destination for shopping in Melbourne’s CBD, to create and launch their SHOP THE CITY campaign. We used a string of platforms and strategies to optimise exposure for QV; among these, were Instagram, Snapchat & Facebook.
We shot stunning studio content to use across website and social media and utilised Facebook predominantly. Paid Facebook visibility reached over 300,000 people, organic campaign visibility reached over 210,000 people from QV Melbourne and influencer posts. Over 810 pieces of content were uploaded to the QV geotag, hashtags and Facebook check-in with an organic visibility of over 71,000. We also implemented a Snapchat geo-filter which resulted in 4853 view and 98 views.
We created their Instagram feed using user generated content and campaign content. Over 20 influencers and fashion bloggers posted, creating more awareness via cross promotion. In the lead-up week to SHOP THE CITY alone, @qvmelbourne’s Instagram page received 168 followers and had an engagement rate of 3.2%.
